本文通过在较低碱浓度（0.5-4M）、较短时间下(0.5-7h) 处理钛片，成功制得以TiO2及其钛的低价氧化物为主的薄膜。用扫描电镜（SEM）、X射线光电子能谱（XPS）考察了不同反应温度、不同反应浓度、不同反应时间对薄膜形貌及组成的影响。结果表明，薄膜的形貌和组成是受不同反应条件影响的；随着温度、碱浓度及时间的增加，K含量逐渐增加，说明温度、碱浓度及时间的提高有利于形成钛酸盐。 [ Last edited by qq8489 on 2011-12-11 at 16:32 ] |

In this paper, a new film base on TiO2 and other low-cost titanium oxide was successfully prepared through a short-time (0.5-7h) titanium plate processing in a lower concentration of alkali (0.5-4M). the effects of different reaction temperatures, concentrations of different reactions and different reaction time on the film morphology and composition were systematically investigated by using Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was indicated that the morphology and composition of the film was to some extent affected by different reaction conditions. It was shown from the experiments that as temperature, alkali concentration and time increased, K content increased gradually, indicating the temperature, alkali concentration and time are beneficial to improve the formation of titanate. 仅供参考。欢迎讨论。  |
