最近投稿Journal of Molecular Liquids杂志，主编形式审查后给出下面两种要求，请问是什么意思啊。谢谢！
1) Manuscript must be accompanied by a letter from the senior author, stating that he/she is submitting the paper for publication in the Journal of Molecular Liquids.
2)Please collect figure captions on a separate page and present figure captions, figures and schemes in this order at the end of the article.
