这封据稿信是什么意思啊，是不是不能再投这家了啊 已有10人参与

Thank you for submitting the above-referenced manuscript to CELL & TISSUE RESEARCH. We have taken a closer look at it to prepare the further editorial handling procedures but had to note that for formal reasons the manuscript is unfortunately not suitable for reviewing in its current state. Some examples: Title page: Please start your manuscript with a complete title page, i.e. including all authors' institutional affiliations and the corresponding authors contact address information. Citations/Referencing: CTR does not cite by number but by author name and year; accordingly the reference list should be alphabetic and not numbered, and be made up in CTR style; use correct journal abbreviations throughout; do not give issue numbers; delete "[J]"; etc. Figures: Each figure (in sufficient resolution and adequate size, in required format) must be uploaded as a separate .jpg or .tif file (for preparation of electronic illustration material see instructions); the legends should be part of the manuscript text and in addition be added for each figure via the 'caption' feature of the submission system. English language: Carefully cross-check the manuscript for mistakes of grammar (singular vs. plural, article use, etc.) Commercial sources: For all materials and reagents used give the sources in full, i.e. with city and country, upon first mentioning. Before resubmitting your manuscript please make sure that you have carefully followed the requirements of the "Instructions to Authors" attached and compare to sample articles as available on the journal's website. We do appreciate your interest in publishing in CTR and therefore we are sure you will understand that we can only grant a full review process to manuscripts that are carefully prepared and clearly intended for submission to our journal. We look forward to receiving your adequately corrected manuscript submission in a new upload process which will then be assigned a new handling number. |
