Comments from the Editors and Reviewers:

Administrative Comments
50% of the references must be from 2008-2010 and preferably from the journal ******
Please add email addresses for all authors

Please reduce the length  of your title

only single keywords must be used not combinations

Your paper MUST not exceed 12 typed pages including figures, so please remove unnecessary figures and ensure that they are of the right size and not oversized

Please provide email address for each author and at least two different email addresses for the primary point of contact

your paper must have a significant content on processing and cannot be mere modeling or properties as it will be rejected

english needs significant reworking as many sections are very difficult to understand.

mechanisms must be clearly stated  for the phenomena observed in the discussion section and must not be empirical

conclusions must be comprehensive and not written like a report


please also clearly indicate the industrial value/relevance  for these approaches described in your paper

please also state in the first few paras as to why this work is not the same as that of others and what knowledge is it adding that is not already available that contributes to the archival literature

这个应该还没有送审。除了文章格式及写作的要求，杂志要你引这个杂志的文章，还有一半以上的引用文章要是最近3年的。

这是技术审查被打回来的吧，没有送审。
引文的问题楼上解答了。
作者似乎需要再仔细阅读作者须知，很多格式问题，比如图片格式，关键词等等，都不符合要求啊。
另外英语须改进
