【求助/交流】我的蛋白哪去了？焦虑啊！ 已有9人参与

| 各位大侠，能否帮我分析一下，我昨天刚刚提取的蛋白，当时就加buffer煮沸5min,然后跑电泳,考马斯亮蓝染色，效果很好,蛋白条带很清晰，今天想转膜，所以每个样品都拿出来煮了4min，跑两个泳道，一个做考马斯亮蓝染色，另一个转膜（其余操作和昨天一样）。但是结果不如人意，和前面的一样，做考马斯亮蓝染色后，除了marker以外，没有其他条带，转膜的结果也是这样，不知道我的蛋白哪去了？大家能否帮我分析一下原因。非常感谢。 |
