请大牛们帮忙看看editor的回复

我第一次投 IEEE Transaction，也是第一次投Journal，没啥经验，今天刚收到的review，请各位同学帮忙看看 邮件是editor in chief发的 I am writing to let you know that the review process for your paper has been completed. Based on the recommendation of the Associate Editor xxxx, your paper cannot be accepted for publication in its present form. I suggest that you revise your manuscript only if you are confident that you can fully satisfy all the reviewers' concerns. Please also note that, under the editorial policy, revised papers that require a further revision will be rejected. It is important that you resubmit the revised version within the next five weeks for further processing. Failure to do so will result in the elimination of your manuscript from the review list. 以下是Associate Editor's recommendation: The paper -- .....(这里说的是论文的摘要) Through the review process, some key comments from the three reviewers can be summarized as follows: 1.Authors need to define the novelty clearly in this paper given that the key concepts of A method. 2.... 3.... 4.Section 5 is hard to understand as one reviewer commented. 5.The writing needs further improvement. You should do a proof reading before you submit a new version. （前3条是一些技术性的东西） Based on the reviewers’ comments, which involve a quite substantial revision work, I recommend the authors to resubmit the paper after a major revision by addressing all the points raised from the reviewers. 一共有三个Reviewer，提了一些细节上的问题，其实很多是我自己表述的不清楚造成的，但是每个都说writing烂  ，第一个reviewer觉得我的方法很interesting，第二个只说了细节上的问题，第三个比较严重一些：Technically, there are some interesting novel ideas in the paper, such as ....... However, the majority of the system is an assembly of existing methods, while the novelty of the paper is not significant. 请大家帮忙看看我这个还有戏不， 我现在已经开始在按照reviewer的意见修改了，请问各位大牛有什么意见和建议 [ Last edited by xuek622 on 2010-11-10 at 08:00 ] |
