The following revisions or corrections are MANDATORY. Your manuscript cannot be prepared for the typesetter until the corrections are made.

You must upload electronic figure files in either TIFF or EPS format
1) For free color figures online-only please submit electronic art files following instructions given at the journal website:

http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ao/submit/style/coloronline.cfm

2) Use these instructions to submit figures that are not for online-only color:

http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ao/submit/style/osa_art.pdf

3) After revision, please make sure that the references are cited in numerical order; renumber references if necessary.

4) We estimate that your manuscript will be approximately 4.0 journal pages. We will proceed with the understanding, according to your response on the ADS website, that you have agreed to pay overlength page charges at the rate of $300 per page if the final article exceeds ten pages. The exact page count will be determined after typesetting.

5) Please list all author's names in your references 3 and 24 (do not use et.al)

6) All figures MUST be on their own individual page.

按要求一一改正就可以了,然后每一条要求简单回答就可以了．
比如第一条，你可以写上: the color figures for online-only have been prepared and uploaded as the "***.TIFF" files.
第二条: the figures that are not for online-only color have been prepared and uploaded as the "###.TIFF" files.
