Soybean phospholipid(surfactant) and PEG(stent) dissolved in organic phase. Berberine and 0% sucrose (2.5%, 5%, and 10%) as the freeze drying protective agent dissolved in water phase. Organic and water phases were mixed at the ratio of 3:1. W/O emulsion was produced after ultrasonic emulsification. The freeze drying product can be obtained from the emulsion after being freeze dried and become liposome after hydration. Single factor design was chosen to investigate appropriate solvent, the amounts of phospholipid, and other excipients. The method was validated according to entrapment efficiency. The freeze drying product in this study has a high entrapment efficiency, stable properties, and can be stored for long time. |
