求助！！！药剂学毕业论文翻译.急急急！！！

对有些专业词汇把握不准，不敢用网络翻译。求帮忙！！！！以下是求助内容 本实验以小檗碱为模型药物，以乳化干燥法制备脂质体。以大豆磷脂为表面活性剂，聚乙二醇为支架剂，溶于有机相，小檗碱、0%（2.5%，5%，10%）蔗糖（冻干保护剂）溶于水相，按油相/水相为3：1的体积比例混合，超声乳化，得W/O型乳剂。将乳剂冻干，得到冻干品，再水化形成脂质体。本实验采用单因素设计，考察适宜的溶剂、磷脂用量和附加剂,以包封率为指标对此方法进行验证。用这种方法得到的冻干品包封率高，性质稳定，可长期保存。 关键词：脂质体 制备 W/O型乳剂 乳化冻干法 包封率 |

In this research, liposomes were prepared by emulsion drying method with berberine as model drug. The organic phase, with soy lecithin as surfactant, polyethylene glycol as scaffold, together with the water phase dissolving berberine, 0% (2.5%, 5%, 10%) and sucrose (preservative) were mixed according to oil phase / water phase volume ratio of 3:1. W / O type emulsions were obtained after ultrasonic emulsification, and then freeze-dried products were gained after lyophilization, finally the liposomes formatted by rehydrating. In this study, a single factor experiment was designed to detect the appropriate solvent, phospholipid content and additive, furthermore the chosen experiment method was validated by the index of encapsulation efficiency. Therefore, the freeze-dried products obtained in this way are of high encapsulation efficiency, stable properties and long-term preservation.
