No need sensor such small sample, you set temperature at what you want, say 4C the sample can be frozen in advance before dry. More sample to freeze dry to set temperature and switch vacuum few house or overnight sample will be ready and temperature will never over 4C Sample 200ul, not sure how much solid residue. you may add bulk agent for example sugar etc |

sugar is not good, easy boiling, there are lots of other carrier can use, depends on which active compounds in dry. If you cannot set temperature, you have to treat the shelf temperature as room temperature If you provide more information about your active compound, I may provide more advice. |

The sample belongs to a kind of antigenic proteins, into which sucrose should be added to protect its activity in process of freeze-drying. Whether we could put ice or ice bag onto the shelf has been assayed and we found the shape after freeze-drying was awful just like sugar boiling. 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
