No need sensor such small sample, you set temperature at what you want, say 4C the sample can be frozen in advance before dry. More sample to freeze dry to set temperature and switch vacuum few house or overnight sample will be ready and temperature will never over 4C Sample 200ul, not sure how much solid residue. you may add bulk agent for example sugar etc |
