拒稿后修改重投该杂志接收的可能性如何？恳请你评估这篇拒稿信 已有1人参与

约1个月前，投了一个国外两分多的学术期刊，今天杂志社将decision邮件发回来了：reject！编辑部意见如下文，且邮件也附上了外审3个审稿人的意见，个人感觉审稿人提的问题很有见地，同时也很nice。我想打算按3个审稿人的意见修改并找专业人士进行语言润色后重新再投这个期刊，不知道重投接受的可能性怎么样？大家发表一下经验看法吧，你是怎样评估这封拒稿信的？ 邮件原文摘抄如下： Dear Dr. XXX, Unfortunately, because of the quantity of papers submitted to us for consideration and our desire for expeditious publication, we can only accept approximately 20+% of the submissions, and we can only accept those works which receive the highest priority ratings from peer reviewers and editors regarding perceived reader interest, scientific quality, and timeliness of the subject matter. Although specific comments of the reviewers may seem favorable, priority assessments, relayed to us separately, may indicate that, compared to other reports, a given manuscript does not satisfy requirements for publication. The editors appreciate the effort that goes into the preparation of a manuscript and the disappointment when it is not accepted. The final comments of the reviewers, if available, can be found below. If the reviewers note that your paper could benefit from English language polishing, you may wish to consider having your paper professionally edited for English language by a service such as Wiley’s at https://wileyeditingservices.com. Please note that while this service will greatly improve the readability of your paper, it does not guarantee acceptance of your paper by the journal. Sincerely, Editor, XXXX Referee(s)' Comments to Author: Reviewing: 1 Comments to the Author Your paper is a Meta-analysis on the use of XXXXX and has some very interesting results worth publication in the future. The concept, analysis and results are all worth pursuing publication. However, you need to revise the paper for proper English grammar. There are many common errors in the English language that need to be corrected prior to publication. Reviewing: 2 Comments to the Author This is an interesting subject because it tries to evaluate that XXX might improve XXX. However, the quality of the manuscript should be improved in the following aspects: 1. Sensitivity analysis should be considered in the current study. 2. Table 4, P value should express to the same number of decimal. 3. The manuscript should be further revised by careful language editing, such as Table1, revise “Stduy duration” as “Study duration” in the item of table. ······ Reviewing: 3 Comments to the Author In this study, the authors aimed to evaluate the role of XXX ······ The following are my comments: #1 Since XXX can determine XXX, only those studies in which XXX should be included. .......
