看文献有一句话不太懂。
The lowest increase was noted for EDC/NHS method (2.8 times higher),which could be explained by the fact that covalent linkage methods tend to specific orientation of the enzyme.
这句话怎么翻译好一些呢？
共价结合法倾向于酶特定的方向？？感觉不太对啊！！

用EDC/NHS方法很到的增幅最少(增加2.8倍), 这可以用共价交联趋于将酶以特定的走向排布来解释。

这里增加的应该是酶的Kd

是固定化酶的文献么？我毕业论文做的固定化酶。
翻译需要看上下文的意思，才可以更好的翻译出来，不过就字面的意思应该翻译为：
EDC/NHS法增加的最少，仅2.8倍，共价连接法可以将酶定向（固定化）这一事实可解释这一现象。
