[求助] 文章被拒，编辑如是回复，有必要重投么 已有6人参与

第一次投色谱A，被拒了，但是Journal Manager和editor这样说，是客气话怕我受打击跳楼么。。。。各位帮我看看，修改了能重投么，机会大吗

On the basis of the review(s) appended below, we regret that your manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in Journal of Chromatography A.
However, it is the opinion of the Editor that there is potential merit in the work described and that a thorough consideration of the reviewer comments might result in a publishable paper. We would therefore be willing to consider a new manuscript that describes this work. Since this will be considered as a new submittal, it can be submitted online at any future time.
In such a case, in the cover letter please refer to this paper. Please upload your detailed response to the reviewers comments as a separate Response to Reviewers document. In the revised manuscript all changes made should be clearly indicated, preferably by using the "Track Changes" option in Word.

Editor's comments: There are significant shortcomings and omissions of important analytical information in the manuscript as indicated by the reviewers. On balance, it is reasonable according to the reports that the manuscript is deemed to be unsuitable for the Journal of Chromatography A in its present form and would have to be reevaluated based on a fresh submission since it is clear substantive rewriting with new information from additional experiments would be necessary. The negative comments of reviewer #3 should be rebutted（编辑不同意第三个审稿人的负面说法？）
Separately, detailed responses to the points raised by the reviewers should accompany the resubmission. In the latter document, ALL THE COMMENTS SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE AUTHORS' REPLIES EMBEDDED WITHIN THE BODY OF THESE COMMENTS, AT THE RELEVANT LOCATIONS FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF REVIEWERS.

It should be indicated clearly where in the manuscript amendments have been made.
