Two experts have studied your manuscript, and both note the material is potentially interesting. However, they also both note the manuscript is not near ready for publication, and a very major rewrite and reanalysis of the data is necessary before further consideration. I am "rejecting" your paper so you will take these comments seriously, and not rush a resubmission. However, after you carefully address all the reviewer concerns I will consider a new manuscript on this subject. Please do include a cover letter detailing changes made in response to these reviews.I will return any new submission to these same reviewers.
