技术审查后出现这个情况 大家帮我看看是什么状况 已有3人参与

前几天投稿到 Materials and Manufacturing Processes 没过几天就技术审查返回 返回意见是： Reviewer(s)' Comments to Author: similarity must be less than 5% for technical review to proceed references are NOT in the format needed 这个意思是说我的文章重复率高于5%了吗？那该如何处理啊或者回答？又怎么改呢 我又不知道到底是那些话重复了？？？？ |
