文章已接收，今天上午，收到邮件如下： Dear XX We are pleased to accept your manuscript for publication in Optical Materials Express. Optical Materials Express is freely and widely available to all readers via the Internet. In lieu of paid subscriptions, Optical Materials Express requires authors to pay a publication fee. Your article will be held for publication until payment of the fee is received. You may pay online using a credit card (this is the quickest way) or you may print an invoice from the system to pay offline by check, bank transfer, credit card, etc. A $35 processing fee is added to all invoices.
