Optical Materials Express is freely and widely available to all readers via the Internet. In lieu of paid subscriptions, Optical Materials Express requires authors to pay a publication fee. Your article will be held for publication until payment of the fee is received. You may pay online using a credit card (this is the quickest way) or you may print an invoice from the system to pay offline by check, bank transfer, credit card, etc. A $35 processing fee is added to all invoices.
