一审后编辑给了这样的意见：
As both reviewers find your article very appropriate for Optics Letters and the potential impact good, I want to encourage you to take the crticism seriously, and, if you have improved the manuscript, to resubmit it.
我认真按照审稿人意见改了后重投，今天二审意见回来了，编辑又找了个新的审稿人，这下两个审稿人都不太认同我写的，最后编辑给了：
We regret that it was not possible for us to send you a more favorable report. If you should consider a resubmission, please bear in mind that the concerns of Reviewer 2 must be taken very seriously and addressed in depth. If this is not possible I cannot advise resubmission.
这是不让我继续改了还是说还可以再修改接着重投。
小弟第一次投这个杂志，求投过的大神解答下
