[求助] 我自己编译的vasp得到的计算结果与超算中心的集群的计算结果不一致 已有3人参与

我在自己的课题组里编译的vasp所得到的计算结果与超算中心得到的计算结果不一致,不知道是怎么回事,输入文件都是一样的。总能计算的结果在小数点后4位以后有细微差别,优化后的结构再做scf也是一致的,但是OUTCAR里的能级不一样,费米能级也不一样,具体如下图。请各位帮忙看看是哪里出问题了?

我有些时候同一构型算两次,vasp.out都不是完全一样的,我觉得这点儿能量差距完全可以忽略。

那肯定有问题了,再检查一下,编译有没有问题,或者赝势文件是不是选的不是同一种之类的。
