BP中的一段 Immediately measure the absorbance at 500 nm, Appendix II B, using in the reference cell a solution prepared by treating 20 mL of water in the same manner. The absorbance is not greater than that obtained by treating 20 mL of a 0.00125% w/v solution of iopamidol impurity A EPCRS in water in the same manner and beginning at the words "Place the solution…".(500 ppm). 先自己翻一下， 第一句：立即在500nm处测定吸光度值，参照附录IIB，用一种是用20ml水同法配置的溶液作为对照。其中in the reference cell 这是怎么翻译的？ 第二句：吸光度值不得大于20ml、0.00125%碘帕醇杂质A的水溶液，对照溶液使用相同的方法配制，并从“放置溶液...”开始。怎么说才能更顺？ 希望大家一起讨论相互学习下 |
