投稿Optics and Lasers in Engineering 3天被拒，理由是领域不符合已有2人参与

His comments are given below. 不适合在期刊发表，没说明是不在期刊领域不符合，包括下面这句 Paper presents an industrial application in the field of rail research. There are many other journals whose focus is the object of the present paper. In addition I suggest to avoid all those references in Chinese language. 中文参考文献有问题注意 |
