电流时间曲线

| 我的论文是关于电化学DNA传感器方面的，其中有一个图是不同DNA浓度时的电流时间曲线（每一个DNA浓度对应一条it曲线，即每次捕获DNA之后，测定一次it，电位恒定在0.3V，quite time 设定为2s），编辑提出如下问题，请教各位高手是什么意思，该如何回答？I think that the nature of the amperometric measurement still needs to be clarified a bit. Clearly, an amperometric measurement involves measuring the current as a function of time after the application of a specific potential - in this case, +0.3V. Usually the potential is at some other value before the potential of interest is applied. Alternatively, the electrode might be at open circuit before the 0.3V is applied. Perhaps that is the case here. Or perhaps there is some other explanation that I'm not seeing. Also, the quiet time referred to here is a bit unclear. So please revise this section a bit in order to make the amperometric measurement clear. Just explain (in the Experimental exactly what operations are being carried out）. |
