[求助] 转录组数据上传至GEO的问题，请会的大侠帮帮我已有3人参与

前段时间我上传了转录组数据，raw data 和 processed data文件夹的内容如下图，但是GEO回复邮件说是少传了一些数据，我现在不清楚我具体还需要上传什么？帮我看看还需要上传哪些，其中公司给我的数据的目录见后面的图。另外GEO给我的邮件我黏贴上来，哪位大侠帮帮我，小妹不甚感激啊。GEO的邮件内容：
Thank you for your recent submission to GEO. Before we can process your
submission there are some issues to address.

Please provide files containing *quantitative* data for your 4 samples. For
example:

* raw counts for each transcript, and/or
* normalized abundance measurements for each transcript, e.g., output from
Cufflinks, Cuffdiff, DESeq, edgeR, etc...

Either or both of these files may be provided. They may be formatted either as
a matrix table or 1 individual file for each sample. We are unable to accept
your submission without these files. Please submit your processed data files
only using the following FTP instructions:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/info/seq.html#data

If you have questions, or if we can be of any assistance, please do not
