第一次投稿 ，一位评委给大修，一位拒稿，编辑给了大修，求助虫友如何回复 已有8人参与

2月初投的生物源，最近评审意见出来了，一位提了很多问题，但都不是很大的问题，另外一位直接说没有创新性，求助虫友该怎么回复拒稿的评委，谢谢大家了。 Dear Prof. ** We have received reviewer reports on your above manuscript. Reviewer #1: This paper introduces ***, but I think it needs a major revision for some errors, unclear experimental designs and results analysis: 1. AS a keyword, what\'s so special about Local Sand, how about the sand of elsewhere? 2. Check for spelling and grammatical mistakes: P3L52 species; P4L24 hours; spaces and punctuation marks errors 3. P4L14 (g/L): The microalgae concentration is dry weight or wet weight? 4. P5L24: Formulation 1 ODi and ODf need description: OD initial and OD final? 5. P6L6: The flocculated media were derived without further purification and sterilization steps, why is it called regeneration medium and how to regenerate it? ? How many times can be continuous reused by SEM+N treatment? 6. What\'s the batch processing capacity in lab? 250mg/l sands for 200ml * 0.88g/l algae suspension? (Equivalent to 1g sands for 3.5g algae). How to separate the algae cells and sands from compact algae flocs in large-scale processing? It maybe more difficult for the subsequent processing. 7. P7L31 stationary? Constant or fixed maybe exact. Reviewer #3: On my opinion, this work do not bring any novel information to the field of microalgae harvesting. I consider this paper is not suitable for publication in bioresource Technology. |
