论文投稿意见回来了，大修，有个reviewer意见不知道怎么回答，恳请各位大神支招啊 已有3人参与

The manuscript is not suitable for publication in its current form. There are numerous of grammar errors and at several points the paper needs to be rewritten. I suggest to the authors to be helped by a native english speaker in order to improve the english language. The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results. Furthermore, there are a lot of very important-relevant to the subject-missing references, especially in the subject of antibiofilm activity of natural constituents. In addition, some findings of the current study are on the contrary of the results of literature without any simple explanation or at least a discussion (e.g. Gram- bacteria less sensitive than Gram+, MIC of thymol is not so higher than MIC of antibiotics-in many cases thymol is much more effective and this happens to biofilms too, there are a lot of works with regards to the antibiofilm activity of essential oils very rich in thymol- no discussion at all). 不明白审稿人这句话什么意思“The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results. Furthermore, there are a lot of very important-relevant to the subject-missing references,”，这是不是没有修改的机会了，为啥提到 experimental design，还是前面那句话只是原因，重要的是我的讨论部分不好，我把讨论部分改下，修会接受的机会会有多大？第一次投稿……恳请各位大神支招 |
