Gromacs编译错误求助

我安装了最新版本的cmake 之后按照文件夹里的install上写的做 到cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DREGRESSIONTEST_DOWNLOAD=ON这一步 一直在出错 -- No compatible CUDA toolkit found (v4.0+), disabling native GPU acceleration CMake Warning (dev) at cmake/gmxOptionUtilities.cmake:169 (if): Policy CMP0054 is not set: Only interpret if() arguments as variables or keywords when unquoted. Run "cmake --help-policy CMP0054" for policy details. Use the cmake_policy command to set the policy and suppress this warning. Quoted variables like "LIBXML2_INCLUDE_DIR" will no longer be dereferenced when the policy is set to NEW. Since the policy is not set the OLD behavior will be used. | Install the latest version.20201-beta will be better. Your error is due to remote server error. If you have to install a specific version, please download the "regressiontest.tar.gzz" first, if you can successfully download it, then turn off the -DGMX_REGRESSIONTEST=OFF, and provide the -DGMX_REGRESSIONTESIT_PATH=/the/path/to/regression.tar.gz. Sorry I don't have a Chinese input on this laptop. good luck. |

https://www.researchgate.net/pos ... gromacs-through-yum . This is how to solve your error: error: downloading 'http://gerrit.gromacs.org/download/regressiontests-5.0.2.tar.gz' failed" . You got at least this error. Also, it seems you got another error maybe, make sure you do some update and upgrade before you install gromacs from very beginning, by: sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade sudo apt-get build-essential. after that mabe your error will go |
