It's found by analysis of experimental data that substituted groups will affect the reaction strongly. This conclusion will favour the understanding about the reaction mechanism.
或者
Analysis of experimental data suggeted that substitution of certain groups will induce considerable change of the reaction, which play a role on explanation of reaction mechanism.
