revise and resubmit，审稿人意见 如何回复啊？为啥重投还有时间限制呢？ 已有3人参与

一篇论文， The reviewer has commented on your above paper and indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewer's comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. Please carefully address the issues raised in the comments. If you are submitting a revised manuscript, please also: a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments AND/OR b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed 审稿人意见：It is grammar&style and at places even not understable formulations which are unsatisfactory and must be considerably improved, see remarks below (not exhaustive list). Also, some indicated experiments should be done to make the comparison with commercial sample standard more meaningful, see below general remarks. 审稿人提的意见我需要用一个list of response 来回答么？还是仅仅在cover letter 里面说明一下就行了？这样的论文修改后会送到原来的审稿人手里么？为啥说重投还要给时间限制呢？ |
