[求助] discover动力学服务器收回文件的温度分析set问题 已有1人参与

discover动力学计算，交到服务器，算完之后收回来的.out文件中只有总能量和平均温度，没有能量和温度随着步长的变化，现在要分析温度随着步长的变化，但是需要set，这个是说明书，没看明白啊，大神帮帮忙呀
Concentration and temperature profiles
Concentration and temperature profiles require a single set as input (though sometimes you may wish to include all atoms in the system within the set). Concentration profiles require coordinate information as input and, consequently, either history (.his) or archive (.arc) files must be used as the source of these data. In contrast, temperature profiles require velocity data and, hence, only history files can be used. In both cases, the .tbl file produced by the analysis job contains three profiles representing histograms depicting the value of the property in layers parallel to the ab, ac, and bc faces of the simulation cell.

Concentration profile analysis can be particularly useful for observing interpenetration of species. Temperature profile analysis can be useful in studying thermal diffusion.
