Elsevier旗下期刊统一账号添加新期刊 已有1人参与

之前在Elsevier旗下几个期刊都投过稿，用的同一个邮箱，最近投稿时需要新投一期刊，接下来就是我的过程 （1）新期刊是Int. J Thermal Sciences,没有注册过。去Register，还是用同一个邮箱，提示：The email address you entered belongs a no-longer active account in Elsevier Editorial System. To re-active the account, please contact Support. 提示邮箱已注册过。 （2）既然已经注册过，那就去登录吧。提示：The username or password you entered does not match our records.Please try again. NOTE: If U have consolidated your profile, your primary email address is now your username. 这意思是让我把账户统一起来。 （3）等之前投稿过的期刊，登录进去，然后Add Account to Consolidated Profile. 显示合并成功！ You have received this email as confirmation that your Elsevier Editorial System (EES) account for Applied Thermal Engineering has been added to your consolidated user profile. Please note: The username for all accounts linked to your consolidated user profile is the E-mail Address to which this message was sent. Currently, the following EES accounts are linked to your consolidated profile: ate: Applied Thermal Engineering ecm: Energy Conversion and Management enb: Energy and Buildings hff: International Journal of Heat and Fluid Flow hmt: International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer rene: Renewable Energy When you log in, you may update your password and other personal information by selecting the "change details" link on the menu bar at the top of the page. To provide journal-specific information, such as personal keywords and classifications, or to opt out of receiving marketing mail for a journal, please log in to the relevant journal and go to the Change Details screen. （4）但是，这都是已经注册过的，怎么添加新的期刊呢？下图是登录进其中一个期刊，点My Hub  最下面有Search for additional EES journals by entering the journal title or EES acronym in the box below.You must register or log into any journal returned by this search to add it to your consolidated account.  Click on the title to register or log into the EES site of a journal listed below: 回到第一步！！！？ 想问一下有经验的，这到底怎么破？ |

你好，我现在的情况是： 之前已经在elservier上的MSEA和MD投过稿了，现在想要在之前没有投过的期刊materials characterization上投稿，但是我进入这个期刊时，输入MSEA和MD一直用的账号和密码，提示“The username or password you entered does not match our records. Please try again. NOTE: If you have consolidated your profile, your primary email address is now your username. NOTE: If you have consolidated your profile, your primary email address is now your username. ”。但是我在另一个没有投递过的期刊上输入账号密码后，就出现链接账户页面“Add Account to Consolidated Profile?”。然后我在materials characterization上注册账户，又提示我这个账户在elservier上注册过了。 为什么在登陆materials characterization就没有出现链接账户的页面呢，是不是我之前有人注册过？ |
