投稿状态是拒稿，但编辑部给了个 Major Revision，这是什么情况，请大家给个意见啊 已有8人参与

在Vacuum期刊上 投稿半个月后 就给了审稿意见，状态 拒收 Reviewer Decision: 大修 这是什么状况，按要求修改能接受么 I regret to inform you that the reviewers of your manuscript have advised against publication, and I must therefore reject it.
