更好:
"Raman Spectra of Harmful Food Ingredients - a Detailed Look"
  不必说 "determination", 读者知道你会讨论
  标题,介词外全大写
  "spectra" = "spectrum"的复数

  过犹不及, "成分" = "ingredients" 语义太广,建议改
          additives: 添加剂
    preservatives: 防腐剂
              colors: 色素

一些有用的形容词,比 "harmful" 更具体
           toxic: 有毒
    carcinogen: 致癌

Raman spectrum 后面的“determination”是名词吧，我感觉应该要用动词才对啊

没有啊， food  ingredients没错， food  harmful ingredients也没错。如果不放心，改为harmful ingredients in food，这样就是读起来不太顺畅。food‘s  harmful ingredients很少用的。
