两个审稿人意见正向，但主编认为缺乏新意，给拒了？ 已有6人参与

两个审稿人，审稿速度非常快（一般一个月给回复，结果半个月就出结果）。两个审稿人意见都是正向的。 第一个主要意思：“This is nice work, as I would expect from the XXX laboratory. I have a few suggestions for improvements to the figures and text and would also suggest that one of the more interesting discoveries here” 第二个主要意思：“Overall, this work is carefully done and the data are very convincing. The findings presented herein should be interesting for the researchers working in XXX and are suitable for publication in Mol Micro. However, there still exist some flaws that should be addressed before the manuscript can be considered for publication. ” 主编的意思：“After considering all of the points raised by the referees, and having carefully read the manuscript myself, I have concluded that this submission may be more appropriate for our affiliated open access journal, MicrobiologyOpen. We suggest this option for those selected papers that are of overall very high quality, but that, in the opinion of the referees and editor, lack the very high impact and breadth of interest desired for publication in XXX. ” 这是怎么回事呢？如果argue有用吗？急！ |
