投稿经审稿后，主编回复 XXXXX In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s), I must decline the manuscript for publication in XXX at this time. However, if you wish to revise your manuscript thoroughly in accordance with the reviewers' critiques and comments, I would be pleased to reconsider a new version of your article, if resubmitted as a Letter to the Editor after shortening the text and focusing on the most interesting data.
