Authors appear to have reasonably matched most of reviewer's suggestions and comments. Now the paper is acceptable under the technical viewpoint.
However substantial language drawbacks, bot grammar and sentences construction still are present.
Therefore if the Authors want their paper be definitely accepted , it is suggested them to completely rewrite the text with the assistance of a native Englishh speaker.
