Although now, after revision the technical content of the paper may be felt adequate, nevertheless it cannot be accepted for publication because it is full of grammar mistakes.
Therefore Authors  are AGAIN AND MANDATPORILY strongly advised  to have their paper revised for language by a native English or equivalent expert.

Alternatively we suggest you to make use of Elsevier language services:

Authors are asked to write in colour any language improvement made in their revised text.

Authors are advised that regrettably the paper will be definitely rejected if the above is not fully accomplished.

To submit your revision, please do the following:

2. Enter your login details

3. Click [Author Login]
This takes you to the Author Main Menu.

4. Click [Submissions Needing Revision]

Authors appear to have  reasonably matched most of reviewer's suggestions and comments. Now the paper is acceptable under the technical viewpoint.
However substantial language drawbacks, bot grammar and sentences construction still are present.
Therefore if the Authors want their paper be definitely accepted , it is suggested them to completely rewrite the text with the assistance of a native Englishh speaker.
