审稿人1：是说的语言表达不过关，需要好好的修改语言，没有其他的问题
In this paper, relationship between microtubule dynamics and root growth under osmotic stress in Arabidopsis thaliana was studied. The results confirmed that osmotic stress may lead to the
dynamics of cortical MTs and in turn may regulate root growth. It should be acceptable. But the English writing should be improved.
