HZSM-5 powder was agglomerated with 50 wt % binder (Al2O3), 2 wt % extrusion aid, and the peptizing agent first,and then extruded. After drying, the strip-shaped carrier was calcinated at 600 ¡ãC. Whereafter Na, Sn, and Pt were supported on the strip-shaped carrier by the sequential impregnation method according to a procedure in our previous works.15 A preagglomerated catalyst defined as PA was prepared. It was found in the experiment that the strip carrier was easily stirred into the powder in the impregnation when the amount of binder was lower than 50 wt %. |
