[求助] 关于Fe3O4纳米微粒表面巯基或氨基改性的最佳合成方法

最近想对Fe3O4纳米颗粒进行巯基改性,使用的是MPS,反应条件如下:Modification of MCNCs with MPS was achieved by adding 80 mL of ethanol, 10 mL of deionized water, 1.5 mL of NH3ּH2O, and 0.3 g of MPS into the above ethanol suspension and ultrasounding the mixture for 24 h at 60℃. 但是感觉没接上去,不知道这方法有没不合理之处?另外想请那大看看以下两种方法怎么样?
1、Fe3O4 纳米颗粒加入100 mL乙醇水溶液中(50%),用冰醋酸调节pH至4,室温下超声分散1h,加入1 mL硅烷化试剂MPS,N2保护,60℃下反应10 h。
2、Fe3O4 nanoparticles were first dispersed in 20mL deionized-distilled water. Then, the 1 mL of 2.5 mg/mL Fe3O4 nanoparticles solution was dispersed in 5 mL ethanol and sonicated under water bath for 8 h. Meanwhile, 0.3 mL of MPS was added into the 5 mL of ethanol and 0.4 mL of 25% HAc to hydrolyse and condense by sonicating in an ice bath for 30 min. Subsequently, the hydrolysed and condensed MPS (5.3 mL) was added into thus obtained Fe3O4 nanoparticles solution (5.6 mL) by sonicating in an ice bath.

大家有没有更加合理简便的方法能很容易的进行巯基改性呢?要求重复性比较好的
