[求助] 壳聚糖 戊二醛交联

请问谁做过戊二醛交联的实验呀??我现在想做交联实验,用戊二醛交联壳聚糖,我配的壳聚糖溶液的浓度是0.75%,不知道交联得需要多少浓度的戊二醛??再有就是具体怎么用戊二醛交联?哪位虫友可以帮一下呀,不胜感激!!谢谢啦!

醛基与氨基的反应好像需要加点硼氢化钠吧。常温反应,戊二醛用2.5%试试
