Automatic peak detection and peak alignment were performed by the XCMS software (version 1.6.1) based on Rprogramversion2.6.1 (R-Foundation for statistical computing,www.Rproject.org). The parameters of XCMS were used for the following: xcmsSet (fwhm= 7.5, max =300, snthresh= 2), group (bw= 10, max= 300). The resulting three-dimensional data table, consisted of arbitrary peak index (RT-m/z pair), sample names (observations), and peak area (variables) was listed into a .txt file, and then normalization was carried out in Microsoft Excel prior to multivariate analyses. |
