plant and soil投稿求助

这几天打算投一篇到plant and soil，在投稿过程中遇到一些问题，因为没有经验，请大家不吝赐教，先谢谢大家了~ 1、在投稿系统里面我没有发现cover letter的选项，选项见附件图片，但是有一项是enter comments， “Entering a Comment is Required for Submission. Comments are required for Submission. Enter any comments you would like to send to the editorial office. ” 这是enter comments项目中的提示，请问大家这是不是就相当于cover letter了？ 如果不是的话，cover letter还需要单独发给执行编辑吗？ 2、关于internally reviewed，这个期刊要求在投稿之前需要相关领域的同行先review，并且提交同行的信息，具体要求如下： Plant and Soil require all manuscripts to be reviewed by a colleague. That colleague could be inside or outside the author’s own organisation prior to submission; any manuscript that does not meet this requirement will NOT be considered for publication and returned to the author Please indicate which of the following has reviewed your manuscript prior to submission: 1. Colleague from other institution. Please provide the following information: name, affiliation and email address 2. Local review panel. Kindly provide details (e.g. panel's institution or names of panel members) 3. Other, namely.... Note that internal review means reviewed by a third party reviewer and not just by the co-authors or language editing firms. 想请教下大家，这是要如何做？就是找一位同行给评价下吗？但是也没看到有什么地方是提交评价的…… 3、老生常谈的问题了，这不马上就圣诞节了么，会不会有不好的影响额……  内容有些长，请大家见谅。再次感谢大家~~~  未命名.JPG |
