晶体学报E审稿意见求助

最近刚投了一个晶体学报E，审稿意见如下，还请各位高手指点，需要如何修改，请详细一些，回答部分问题也是好的，谢谢各位。 1) There are some reflections which may be obscured by the beam stop. See the list of most disagreeable reflections. These should be omitted using the OMIT instruction. Then the weighting scheme should be optimized and wR2 will drop to approximately 0.15. 2) Check the cell e.s.d.'s. Are these values really from the diffractometer or from XPREP? 3) The abstract should contain more information, e.g. the two molecules in the asymmetric unit. Please see the notes for authors for how to write an abstract. 4) You write that the H atoms were visible in a difference map. When I calculate a diff. map I can hardly see a few. Correct _publ_section_exptl_refinement accordingly. 5) C24...O2 is definitely not a C-H...O hydrogen bond. 6 Fig. 1: atom labels should not be written over bonds (C18) or atoms (N2, C20). |

问题不少啊： 1) There are some reflections which may be obscured by the beam stop. See the list of most disagreeable reflections. These should be omitted using the OMIT instruction. Then the weighting scheme should be optimized and wR2 will drop to approximately 0.15. 叫你把被beam stop挡住而强度过低的点删掉，你要没概念，不妨发数据上来，我给你看看。 2) Check the cell e.s.d.'s. Are these values really from the diffractometer or from XPREP? 确认一下晶胞的esd或叫su是精修的结果，也就是跟p4p文件里的一样，而不是手动输到xprep里的，没啥难度。 3) The abstract should contain more information, e.g. the two molecules in the asymmetric unit. Please see the notes for authors for how to write an abstract. 摘要要更丰满一些。 4) You write that the H atoms were visible in a difference map. When I calculate a diff. map I can hardly see a few. Correct _publ_section_exptl_refinement accordingly. 将H原子的处理细节写清楚。 5) C24...O2 is definitely not a C-H...O hydrogen bond. 这个不是氢键，要从氢键列表中删掉。 6 Fig. 1: atom labels should not be written over bonds (C18) or atoms (N2, C20). 调整原子编号的位置，不要遮挡住键。 |
