论文修回，审稿人未提及有语言问题，但我对以下这句不是很有把握，是否有语法错误？求教各位达人，非常感谢！ The authors believe that the medial approach is only applicable to resectable lesions of colorectum, and when it's not clear whether the lesions can be resected, the lateral approach should be selected. Otherwise, if the surgeons select a medial approach and ligate the major vessels in the case of unresectable lesions, with ischemia and necrosis at the devascularized colonic segment, they will face an awkward dilemma. |
