the (111) peak shape is suggestive of a bimodal distribution of the Co and Ni particles, with small particles (probably Co) accounting for the broadened peak superimposing over the sharper peak (as in the red curve). In any case, the instrumental contribution to the FWHM should be determined in order to clarify this point.

就是 111峰显示Co N的i双峰 小颗粒Co的荧光造成峰的宽化 并与尖峰叠加在一起 不论如何 必须确定仪器对于峰半高宽的影响 然后证明宽化是不是由于Co引起

你好,我对xrd的数据分析不是很擅长,想像你请教一下。你之前在我的求助中回帖说“必须确定仪器对于峰半高宽的影响 然后证明宽化是不是由于Co引起”,请问,仪器对峰半高宽的影响应怎样确定,还有如何证明宽化不是由于Co引起的?多谢了
