| However, the technique of fluorescence spectroscopy was little exploited in this work, given that displacements may occur as a band of fluorescence quantum dots when complexed with certain compounds, modifying not only the emission intensity as well as its mean wavelength. These data, combined with chemometric techniques can result in more meaningful information about the selectivity of the system studied in the detection of the compounds analyzed. |
