收到大修的意见，有些看不太懂，请大家帮忙看一下哈，谢谢了。 Reviewer #1: 1、In general, it is important that a paper can 'stand alone' i.e. can be understood without the need to also read other papers to be able to find out what was done. This manuscript is not sufficiently detailed in the Methods section to enable the reader to do this easily. 2、The explanation of the mechanism for resistance development (via residue bioaccumulation) is incorrect for an ectoparasite. Care is needed when suggesting that resistance will not develop to a botanical insecticides - why not? 3、Figs 1 and 2 presumably are showing the infection in the right ear? In Tables 2 and 3 its not clear what the numbers in brackets are and I don't think you need to distinguish 'significant' from 'very significant'。 |
