上周一把之前写的一个小文章投到Mater Lett 上面，经过了Technical Check后进入Editor Invite 状态，期间Status Date还更改了一次，结果在今天的时候就收到拒稿信了。

We regret to inform you that we cannot admit the manuscript into the formal peer review process. Any further iteration will be considered as a new manuscript, and will receive a new ID number.
