This is the first floor of steamed stuffed bun of Kaifeng, it is famous since ancient times. which is characterized by thin fresh filling, belonging to the soup dumplings. The skin is not mode of fermented noodles , but it l very smooth, likes steamed dumpling skin, fresh and fine stuffing. With old mature vinegar, it flavor bacomes more special.

The "the first floor" steamed stuffed bun, being famous in Kaifeng since ancient times, refers to soup dumplings with the thin skin and delicate filling. The skin is not made of ferment paste but just like dumpling wrapper which tastes smooth, and the stuffing is tasty and smooth. If with the mature vinegar, it would taste more unique.
